Collection and use of personal information

Hanyu Energy (“Company” hereinafter) is collecting the following personal information in order to provide services and conducting consulting based on information entered by customers.

Personal information collected by the company is used to conduct consulting and handle inquiries.

3. Period of preservation and use of personal information
The company destroys records on inquiries and entered personal information items after one year of preservation in order to manage inquiries after fulfilling the purpose of dealing with personal information. Other matters comply with principles of handling personal information.

4. Rights to reject agreement to collect personal information
Customers have rights to reject agreement to collection and use of personal information and may be restricted in using the service as a result.

Denial of unauthorized collection of email

Email addresses on the bulletin board in the website shall not be collected without approval through the use of an email address collection program or other technical gadgets, and violators shall receive a criminal penalty in accordance with Information and Communication Network Act.
